Living Room/Courtyard Garden Rental

Semi-Private Rentals During Business Hours

With this type of rental, guests will have sole use of our Living Room (a cozy indoor space that opens onto the courtyard garden), plus seating for 20 guaranteed on our Courtyard Garden (outdoor area between the two buildings) for 3 hours. The Living Room can comfortably seat 40 people maximum. Included in the rental are the use of our tables and chairs both on the Courtyard Garden and in the Living Room, the use of our Riedel stemware, water glasses, water bottles, cloth napkins, and staff appropriate for the number of folks in your group. You'll receive a 10% discount on all wine purchases as a courtesy for having an event with us. Restrooms would be in our main tasting room area shared by other guests on the property that day. Please note, that this is an at-risk-of-weather venue when your party is more than 40 guests since the indoor area can only seat 40 people. You are welcome to bring pop-up-style canopies for the Courtyard Garden, if needed.
 

Rental Fees

Courtyard/Living Room rental rates are as follows:

1-40 people | $650 + tax + wine

41–60 people | $800 + tax + wine

Rental Hours

Saturday | 11am-2pm OR 6pm-9pm

Sunday| 11am-2pm only

Please Note

A signed contract and $250 deposit are required to reserve a date and time slot. Here is a link to our preferred vendors list. We love all of these caterers; however, you are not beholden to the list. If there is another caterer that you would rather use, we are happy to have them! *All catering must come with a mobile kitchen and have the ability to cook from a tent or truck in our parking area.* Or, food may be delivered already prepped and ready to go. You may also bring food from home, but please no alcohol as our liquor license only permits Black Ankle wine on our premises.
