If you are looking for something a little out of the ordinary, individualized, and educational just for you and your friends during your visit, this is the experience you should choose. When booking Uncorked, a dedicated Black Ankle 'Wine Educator' will be at your fingertips for the entirety of your visit. From a private tour through the winery to a customized wine tasting in the cellar, the possibilities are endless!

Premium Wine + Three Different Vintages + Side by Side
A private tasting of premium wines from past to present paired with a curated spread of local cheeses and fare. Count on library wines in this experience with the possibility of tasting a pre-release. This is a great opportunity for our guests who are curious about our aging process.
Sip With a Pro - $95
Bold Wines + Small Bites + Captivating Conversation
A 'Wine Educator' will sit as a guest at your table and taste along with you while talking about wine, wine-making, and characteristics of different wines around the world. Enjoy this private experience of our premium wines, paired with a cheese and charcuterie board created from our local fare.
